1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using VoidGram, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use VoidGram.

2. Service Description

VoidGram is a free desktop application that allows you to publish content to Instagram from your computer. VoidGram is developed by REMvisual and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries.

3. Account Requirements

To use VoidGram, you must have an Instagram Business or Creator account connected to a Facebook Page. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your Instagram and Facebook accounts in good standing
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• All activity that occurs through your connected accounts

4. User Responsibilities

When using VoidGram, you agree to:

• Own or have proper rights to all content you publish
• Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines
• Not use VoidGram for spam, harassment, or any form of abuse
• Not use VoidGram for automation beyond the features provided by the application
• Take full responsibility for the content you publish through VoidGram

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through VoidGram. VoidGram does not claim any rights to your content.

VoidGram itself is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0 by REMvisual. All rights to the VoidGram application, its source code, branding, and documentation are reserved by REMvisual.

6. Privacy

VoidGram is designed with privacy at its core. Your data stays on your device. For full details on what data is stored and how it is handled, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Services

VoidGram integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• Instagram / Meta Graph API — Used for authentication and content publishing. Subject to Meta Platform Terms.
• Cloudflare Workers and R2 (optional) — Used for cloud-based post scheduling. Subject to Cloudflare Terms of Service.

VoidGram is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

VoidGram is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Instagram Graph API will remain available or unchanged
• Meta will not modify, restrict, or discontinue their API at any time
• Content published through VoidGram will always be successfully delivered
• VoidGram will be free from errors or interruptions

We are not responsible for any actions taken by Instagram or Meta on your account, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or rate limiting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REMvisual shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use VoidGram
• Any changes to or discontinuation of the Instagram API
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content

10. Termination

You may stop using VoidGram at any time. Simply uninstall the application and all local data is removed with it. For detailed data deletion instructions, see our Data Deletion page.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of VoidGram after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
